Mark began his career in M&A at The Harry Roman Company of Los Angeles, where he spent four years conducting acquisition work. Joining Vander Kaay in 1995, he brings more than 25 years of experience in creating proprietary deal flow across diverse market verticals. He is known for cultivating long-term relationships with investors and business owners — some lasting nearly as long as his tenure with our firm.
Mark’s strengths include strong strategic planning skills and focus, together with his tenacious, high energy approach. Mark received a BS from the University of Evansville and a MBA from Northeastern University.
